Seasons:

LOW: 1st November to 31st March
MEDIUM: 1st of April until 31st May and 16th September to 31st of October
HIGH: 1st of June to 15th of September

Cancelation Policy:

​

The reservations may be canceled/changed until 60 days before arrival, without any aditional costs. On the interval after the 60 days before arrival, 25% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged upon cancelation.

Age Policy:

​

There is availability to place until 2 kots/cribs per property, it is free of charge and subject to availability. Please, add at your search, the number of children that will travel with you and their acording ages.

Minimum age for check-in is 18 year old.

Pets Policy:

​

All our properties are pet friendly. Bring your companion too!

Damage Deposit:

​

A 500€ damage deposit is required upon arrival in all our villas. Alternatively for our apartments the damage deposit is of 300€. The deposit has to be delivered in cash at the check-in. It will be returned fully in cash after the inspection of the property at the check-out time.

Cleaning Services:

​

Upon 3 days of a week reservation, bathrooms and kitchens are cleaned, towells and bed linnen are also changed.  

After a week, at least once a week, a total property cleaning is scheduled and mandatory.

These basic services are not charged and are included on the reservation price. 

If aditional services are required they must be payed and arranged with the owner or your booking manager.

Extras:

​

In case of needing an extra bed, it will be charged dailly acording to the reservation period per person.

Smoking is not permited in any of our properties.

Events or parties may not be arranged in any of our properties whithout previous notice.

Any extra will be calculated automatically on the total reservation amount and must be payed, separatly, during the time of the reservation.
